Danico

Accessible in the evening via the DAROCO restaurant, Danico is the haunt of Nico de Soto and his team of seasoned bartenders. Behind its large velvet curtain, Corentin Gaudin and his team serve up the world’s finest cocktails after dark. Danico is ranked 30th in the World’s 50 Best Bars.

Since its creation, Danico has been recognized as the Parisian benchmark for cocktails with flavors from around the world. Since 2023, the establishment has decided to take this exploration even further by launching Danico Xplorer.

Through this innovative concept, renowned globe-shaker Nico de Soto and his team offer a series of menus inspired by his international travels, a veritable logbook of the best mixological discoveries from bars around the world.

To celebrate its tenth anniversary, Danico is offering a ‘Best Of’ menu throughout the summer, bringing back its most iconic cocktails since its opening in 2016.

From June to September 2026, Danico is pulling from its archives some of the creations that have established themselves as great classics over the years. Created in partnership with Maison Ferrand and Kota, this anniversary menu of 30 cocktails reads like a notebook of liquid memories: ten years as ten chapters, each featuring three unique creations.
